Compact-WH is a miniature and precision wave height data logger with a micro-controller suitable for long-term deployment. Our updated state-of-the-art technology allows for a compact design capable of storing up to 1,000,000 depth (pressure) data.
The memory media, non-volatile flash-memory IC's, protect data loss resulting from irregular battery voltage. This feature improves reliability.
By spectral processing algorithms, depth (pressure) data are compensated. The statistical analysis software helps user to compute wave features (wave height and period).
The data transfer after the completion of the deployment is easily accomplished. Information, such as measurement start time and calibration coefficients, are transferred to PC together with the measured data.
The data processing program offers clear and logical screens for easy operation.

Wave-height analysis software
The pressure data from the COMPACT-WH is transformed to depth data, and converted to surface wave-height
data using inverse Fourier transforms. The software performs spectrum analysis and provides various graphical
options for display.
